You will be charmed by the design and the quality of the decoration and the equipment chosen with great care and attention by the owner. He knew how to keep existing elements such as the stone walls, a block of rock, the slate stone floor in the kitchen and the bathroom, giving it a modern style while keeping its authentic appearance in harmony with the recognized authenticity of Cap Corse.

Its entrance is independent, access being from the road, by the alley bordering one of the walls of the house. You access it via a semi-private terrace. The entrance window opens onto the kitchen, which is very well equipped (oven, microwave, fridge of course, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.) and very bright. In the extension, the bathroom has been fitted out with two basins, a heated towel rail and a shower which has kept the shape of the bread oven that used to exist there. In the large room, with two windows with sea view, a very comfortable sofa bed, a table with two chairs, an extra large TV screen. At the bottom on the left, a dressing cabinet at your disposal and on the right, the independent toilets with a piece of furniture where you will find a sink and the washing machine.

In front of the studio windows, outside, the shaded part of the terrace has a large table and a bench seat with cushions. You will also have at your disposal two deckchairs. You will be able to enjoy this exterior and the view of the sea both for taking your meals and for resting.

This studio by its refinement and its comfort is quite rare and it also has the advantage of being 15 minutes on foot (by a footpath) from the picturesque marina of Scala, very appreciated as much for its charm as for its tranquility. Some are even lucky enough to see dolphins! Important: the occupants of the house (when it is inhabited) have a right of access to the terrace of the studio to use the drying rack. Given the stairs to access the studio, the accommodation may not be suitable for people with mobility difficulties. Not suitable for animals.
