We offer this apartment part of a house (3/4 rentals) located at the Marine Arena Sottana, between Tollare and Barcaggio. They are all designed on the same level: arrival in the living room with one side the kitchen area and the other, a table with chairs and sofa bed. Then, on one side, the bedroom with double bed and the other, the bathroom with toilet.

The apartment is located on the floor & accessible by an outside staircase, by the terrace. You can enjoy sea and beach views. The terrace will be privatized, you will not have a neighbor in the adjoining apartment.

These apartments are ideally located to enjoy the beach and Tollare, renowned for its wild and authentic appearance. You will be less than 5 minutes drive from the very picturesque port of Barcaggio and its beautiful sandy beaches.

The comfort and decoration are simple but these apartments are functional. They are very suitable for those looking for a rental not far from the sea and close to nature. The dwellings within this house being contiguous, there is a certain promiscuity with its neighbors. To get there, you will have to take an accessible dirt road but it is better to go slowly!
